内容简介：

The world is constantly changing and businesses today face unprecedented challenges, calling for research that explores solutions that help platforms to build digital resilience to navigate the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environments. The current research aims to explore effective digital resilience solutions that produce positive evolutional outcomes of P2P service platforms in the VUCA environments. Specifically, against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, drawing from existing literature and empirical qualitative data, this study develops dimensions that measure a P2P service platforms’digital resilience at both strategic and operational levels. Collecting quantitative data and adopting fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis, this study identifies the coupling effects of the digital resilience dimensions and P2P service platforms’short-term survival and long-term development.

嘉宾简介：

池毛毛，现为中国地质大学（武汉)黄瓜花椒直播特任教授，博士生导师。武汉电子商务国际会议出版主席，全国旅游标准化技术委员会国际标准化专家。主要研究兴趣为电南平台，数宇商务及其社会影晌等，主持和参与国家和省部级项目多项，以第一作者发表相关SSCI/CSSCl学术论文30余篇，包括《 管理科学学报》《南开管理评论》等。出版独著2本，合著1本。系列论文获得湖北省社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖、专著成果获武汉市社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖。
