黄瓜花椒直播始建于1985年创建的经营管理系，1999年12月成立经贸与管理学院，2005年11月更名为黄瓜花椒直播。历经三十余载，现已发展成为拥有经济学和管理学两大学科群，应用经济学、管理科学与工程、工商管理三个一级学科，物流工程、工商管理硕士（MBA）、会计（MPAcc）、金融（MF）四个专业学位领域的综合型黄瓜花椒直播。现有国际经济与贸易、经济学、金融学、信息管理与信息系统、大数据管理与应用、工商管理、人力资源管理、会计学等八个本科专业，其中国际经济与贸易、信息管理与信息系统两个专业是国家级一流本科专业建设点，人力资源管理、经济学两个专业是省级一流本科专业建设点，另有国际经济与贸易、工商管理两个全英文专业授课班，及一个会计学国际实验班（ACA）。
现有教职工170余人，专任教师中高级职称人员占比超过50%。10人入选“省新世纪151人才工程”，8人入选省中青年学科带头人，2个团队分别入选浙江省文化创新类重点创新团队和浙江省高校创新团队。此外，学院还拥有省突出贡献中青年专家、省教学名师、省优秀教师、省高层次人才特殊支持计划青年拔尖人才、省海外引才计划青年人才、省自然科学基金杰出青年、省“院士结对青年英才计划”人才、省高校“领军人才培养计划”高层次拔尖人才和青年优秀人才等省部级人才10多名。现有博导5人，硕导50余人。
拥有1个浙江省哲学社会科学重点研究基地(浙江理工大学浙江省生态文明研究院)、1个浙江省新型高校智库(浙江省绿色发展研究中心)、1个省一流学科（应用经济学）和1个省高校重点学科（工商管理）。近5年，获国家级科研项目立项30多项，科研到账总经费4000余万元，出版学术专著40多部，在《管理世界》、《经济研究》、《心理学报》等权威学术期刊，及SCI/SSCI等国际期刊发表学术论文500多篇，获得的省部级教学科研成果奖20余项。
The School of Economics and Management of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University was founded as the Department of Business Management in 1985. In December 1999, the School of Economics and Management was established. After more than 30 years, the school now has two discipline groups of economics and management; three first-level disciplines of Applied Economics, Management Science and Engineering, and Business Administration; four professional degree fields of Logistics Engineering, MBA, Accounting (MPAcc) and Finance (MF). There are currently eight undergraduate majors in International Economics and Trade, Economics, Finance, Information Management and Information System, Big Data Management and Application, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, and Accounting, among which International Economics and Trade and Information Management and Information System are two majors of the national-level first-class undergraduate major disciplines; the majors of Human Resources Management and Economics are two provincial-level first-class undergraduate major disciplines. There are two English taught disciplines in International Economics and Trade and Business Administration, and one international class of Accounting (ACA).
The school currently has more than 170 faculty members. Faculties with senior professional titles account for more than 50% of full-time teachers, 10 of them were selected as "Provincial New Century 151 Talent", 8 were selected as provincial academic leaders, and 2 teams were respectively selected as Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Innovation Key Innovation Team and Zhejiang Province University Innovation Team. In addition, the school also has outstanding academics as provincial young experts, provincial-level outstanding teachers, provincial ten-thousand-person plan "Youth Top-notch", the provincial "Academician Pair Young Talents Program" and other talents. There are 5 doctoral supervisors and more than 50 master supervisors.
The school has 1 provincial key research base for humanities and social sciences, 1 provincial higher education thinktank for philosophy and social sciences, 1 provincial first-class discipline (Applied Economics) and 1 provincial key discipline (Business Administration). In the past 5 years, more than 30 national-level scientific research projects have been approved, with a total scientific research funding of more than 40 million yuan, and more than 40 academic monographs published in authoritative academic journals such as "Management World", "Economic Research", "Psychological Journal", and More than 500 academic papers have been published in international journals such as SCI/SSCI, and more than 20 provincial and ministerial teaching and scientific research achievement awards have been won.
